The VF20 cleave check interferometer - Software update
We are please to annouce the release of VF-20 V 1.3.0 software. This release is applicable to users of VF-20s with serial numbers of 2060 and higher. We strongly recommend all applicable users to upgrade. Please contact vf20upgrade@ardenphotonics.com to get a quotation.
Main features:
- Auto cleave angle estimation - use line length tool and auto fringe counting to automatically estimate end angle - useful for large fringe counts.
- Auto exposure controls - quickly adjust to fibers with different reflectivities
- Report generator - easy for QA records with up to 4 images plus comments
- Many other efficiency improvements - false colour, histogram, context help
