Arden Photonics has appointed Guy Stimpson as Measurement Standards Engineer, he will be helping to expand our optical fiber metrology capabilities, and joins at an exciting time in the growth and development of Arden.  

Arden Photonics has welcomed aboard a new Technician, Ronan Daffern, who has joined Arden to further expand it’s Production team.  We look forward to working with Ronan and hope he has a long and happy career with Arden.

Arden Photonics this week held their first Sales Training Conference in Shenzhen, China. The event was designed to increase our partners’ product knowledge, including lots of hands on training and concluded with the conference dinner in the evening. 

Arden Photonics has welcomed new Sales Engineer John Fletcher to the company.  John has joined Arden to further expand our sales team and will be covering the European market. We are all looking forward to working with John and wish him every success.

Team Arden Photonics took part in the ever popular Knowle Fun Run for charity. Over 1800 runners took part in the race raising money for some extremely worthwhile charities including Breast Cancer Haven and Headway.

We are pleased to be collaborating with Aston University’s Institute of Photonics Technology again. AIPT, in collaboration with Arden Photonics, is offering a full-time PhD studentship to work on the design and fabrication of calibration phantoms for optical coherence tomography using femtosecond laser materials processing.

This September we were honoured to meet our friends at LInpu, as well as visit the CIOE show in Shenzhen. At CIOE we showed off the MPX encircled flux meter as well as several other new products.
